This will launch an ongoing combatives program at the CrossFit West Chester location. Classes will begin next week Saturday November 21st 9-10am every Saturday. The schedule will grow with attendence.
A place to dive deeper into information about getting a little better each day. I take a holistic approach to training and coaching trying to see the bigger picture and benefit to those I coach. I will be sharing information taken from my extensive background in Health, Fitness, Nutrition and Personal Safety. My goal is to bring the reader valuable content from my experiences and others to share with you.
